Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing
Student Success Advisor
Bachelor’s in education, counseling, workforce development, business, or related field; 2-4 Years of experience in high school career advising/ counseling, workforce development, or admissions; Knowledge of CTE pathways, industry certifications, and work-based learning

Strong collaboration and communication skills, Ability to use data to support instructional or intervention planning, Passion for working with students and families in under-served communities
