Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advanced Manufacturing + Robotics Instructor to deliver hands-on training for adult learners preparing for careers in advanced manufacturing and automation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5-7+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, automation, or related field
- Ability to obtain a Valid Indiana Workplace Specialist License, or eligibility based on 5-7+ years of Manufacturing industry experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- MSSC Certified Production Technician (CPT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience teaching or training adult learners
- Knowledge of robotics systems, PLCs, or industrial automation
- Experience in workforce development or training programs
