We are looking for an operations coordinator to support our Burlington MA facility, responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting the Head of Finance, and building relationships with vendors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior administrative or assistant support
- High school diploma required/bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude and approach
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
