Job Description
Embr Springfield is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! The Assistant Manager will be staff & customer focused with the proven ability to build, train, and motivate a high performing team and assist the GM maintain all aspects of daily operations.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and customer-focused
- Ability to build, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Proven ability to assist the GM in maintaining all aspects of daily operations
- Cannabis experience is highly preferred, with experience in Dutchie, Metrc and Weedmaps preferred
