Clinical Service Director, Vision

The Clinical Service Director, Vision is responsible for leading a team of providers and staff in the provision of high quality and timely vision health care. This role involves clinical oversight, implementing improvement initiatives, managing recruitment and retention, and collaborating with other leaders to ensure patient access to care and optimal clinical quality.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)
• Experience supervising an optometry office and/or owning an optometry business
• Experience treating unusual and complex visual/ocular disorders
• Active State of California Optometrist license
• Active Federal DEA registration (if prescribing codeine or hydrocodone)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Candidate must meet credentialing and privileging requirements
