Job Description
Petaluma Health Center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their award-winning team in Sonoma County. The center provides high-quality, accessible healthcare with a focus on behavioral health and a full spectrum of family medicine services, including Family Medicine, Maternity, Behavioral & Mental Health, Wellness, and more. They offer a supportive environment with full medical staff support and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a community-based health clinic
- State of California Medical License or Osteopathic Physician License
- Federal DEA Registration
- Medical Specialty License or Certification; Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
