Job Description
Petaluma Health Center is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, Geriatrics Physician to provide high-quality primary medical care for adult and elderly patients. The role involves providing consultation, diagnosis, and treatment, collaborating with the medical staff, and participating in all strategic initiatives. The position offers a collaborative and engaging work environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with current California License and DEA
- Board Certified in Geriatrics or Evidence of Enhanced Education and/or 5 years or more experience with Geriatric Patients
- Must maintain CME as required for certification renewals
- Must be CPR/BLS Certified
- Must be able to meet PHC’s credentialing and privileging requirements
