Job Description
We are seeking a Manager of Donor Engagement, Programs to plan and manage all aspects of programming for various donor groups and corporate partners. The successful candidate will have progressive experience in engagement events and programs, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the arts and cultural philanthropy landscape.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in engagement events and programs
- Previous experience in managing large-scale events
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in direct donor/constituent communication
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, writing, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with CRM, Email Management, and Event Management Systems
