Key Account Manager (m/w/d) E-Commerce

Key Account Manager (m/w/d) E-Commerce role involves shaping and influencing the growth of our E-Commerce business with online customers, developing commercial aspects of accounts, and working closely with Marketing, Retail Media, Supply Chain, and Finance to make our brands visible and successful online.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, or comparable
• First experience in E-Commerce Key Account Management or Digital Sales
• Understanding of online customers, digital business models, and performance drivers
• Strong analytical thinking and pleasure in data-driven work
• High self-responsibility, negotiation security, and clear customer orientation
• Curiosity and openness to learning new digital and AI tools for problem-solving
• Team player with strong communication skills in cross-functional teams
• Very good knowledge of German and English
