Requirements
- Must currently reside in Nassau County, New York
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, retail sales, sales development, telesales, or a customer-facing sales environment
- Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, quoting, pricing, and account management
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging creative professionals
- Ability to quickly learn, navigate, and work efficiently across multiple business systems, including ERP and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
