Job Description
Philz is seeking a General Manager to lead their team and provide financial oversight for all retail locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a positive and inclusive work environment, focused on improving customers, and driving financial performance. This role involves customer interaction, team development, strategic initiatives, and managing performance and talent.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing a fast-paced, customer service-oriented business preferably in a food service or retail setting
- Proven experience in managing the financial health of a retail operations including but not limited to P&L oversight, driving revenue and managing costs
- Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Solid business acumen
