As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top talent, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other relevant HRIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
