Partner Development Manager

Partner Development Manager will develop and implement strategies to grow Phocas' partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role will be focused on developing a North American territory, identifying and recruiting new partners, and nurturing existing relationships.

Requirements

• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with targeted distribution, manufacturing, and retail vertical partners
• Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve strategic goals and drive partner engagement
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align partner initiatives with core business strategies
