Our Home Health Social Workers are dedicated to offering emotional and social support to individuals and their families in the comfort of their homes, providing helpful information and assistance, and advocating for their unique needs.
Requirements
- Masters-in-Social Work or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Hospice experience preferred
- Ability to work in a professional manner
- Must work well both independently and in a group setting
- Professional appearance
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive, Professional attitude
