Job Description
Phoenix Med Health is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks, maintain patient records, and improve communication between healthcare providers and patients.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with active license
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare environment
- Experience in creating patient notes and working with doctors or health practitioners
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in EHR (Electronic Health Record)
- Experience in a BPO/Call Center setting (US Healthcare account) is a plus
