Street Outreach Case Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or another social service field or 4 years of experience in case management, social work, or a similar setting, or a combination of education and experience
• Certified in Peer Support, preferred.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record of 2+ years and ability to qualify for company insurance policy.
• High level of composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps.
• Solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
