We are hiring an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solutions Executive who will support the continued growth of our Identity Business Unit, developing knowledge across the identity product stack and driving revenue through accurate forecasting and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proactively develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant Identity and Access Management products.
- Provide first-line pre- and post-sales support to Phoenix Sales teams and customers.
- Maintain and update the Identity Teams Channel with relevant documentation and information.
- Own and develop assigned areas of the Identity portfolio, supporting ongoing product growth.
- Provide Phoenix sales teams with quarterly Identity renewals and support upsell opportunities.
- Work with Account Managers to identify and manage upsell processes.
- Support the Identity Business Manager with creating and delivering the Identity Sales Engagement Plan.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting as required.
- Help nurture existing vendor and customer relationships and support the creation of new ones where needed.
