Manager / Senior Manager, Partnerships - Consumer Lending

PhonePe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to join our Personal Loan Lending team. This role will be crucial in forging and managing strategic alliances with banks and NBFCs to build a robust lending platform.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in driving enterprise partnerships, managing high-value accounts, and executing strategic initiatives across the fintech and lending ecosystem.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and deliver scalable revenue outcomes.
• Adept at stakeholder communication, solution-based selling, and navigating complex deal cycles in fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of the lending landscape and digital lending innovations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
