Senior Product Manager

PhonePe is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the vision and roadmap for its platforms. The role requires experience in automating workflows, deep understanding of platforms and risk, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping world-class product solutions, preferably in platform and risk products.

Requirements

• Experience in automating workflows using automation tools/AI
• Deep understanding of platforms, risk, user profiling ecosystems, industry trends, technology development, and evolving customer needs
• At least 5 years of background in building products or platform
• Comfortable with complex technology, analytics, and product teams
• Experience in building platforms with large dataset analytics in real-time
• Excellent negotiation skills and verbal and written communications skills
• Extremely analytical and data-driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
• Proven ability in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
• Team player; ability to interface and build relationships at all levels internally and externally
• Experienced in influencing disparate stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and business units
