Finance Manager (FP&A and Accounting)

Phospholutions is hiring a Finance Manager (FP&A and Accounting) to lead financial planning, analysis, and core accounting operations. The role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, and consulting.

Requirements

• Mastery of financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and ability to distill complex data into clear insights
• Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to senior leadership
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in financial models and accounting processes
• Demonstrated collaboration across Commercial, Operations, R&D, and other cross-functional teams
• Ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to managing both strategic and operational work
• Strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
• Excellent project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities
• Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently
