Business Analyst | Onshore

This business analyst position involves gathering requirements, analyzing existing processes, and supporting solution design, user acceptance testing, reporting, and change management. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized solutions.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables against requirements, and ensure solutions meet expected outcomes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Assist in defining and implementing change management strategies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
