Job Description
This role involves a Health Plan Product Manager specializing in Healthcare, responsible for shaping and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in health plan management, working with diverse systems like Adjudication, Populations Health, Sales, Marketing, and Provider Data. Experience with Digital Transformation and strong communication skills are crucial.
Requirements
- 15+ years of business process, functional expertise in Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare health plans
- Strong working knowledge of Core systems (Adjudication - Facets, QNxt), Population Health (Jiva), Sales and Marketing (Salesforce), and Provider Data (Availity)
- Experience with Health plan Digital Transformation and an Information Tech role
- Ability to collaborate with Sales and Business teams
- Strong communication and executive presence
