Job Description
This is a Product Manager position with a Health Plan in Virginia, focusing on Medicaid, Commercial, Medicare, and Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in healthcare, proficiency in various systems (Adjudication, Facets, QNxt, Population Health, Sales, and Marketing), and a strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Health Insurance, and business process improvement. They are eager to contribute to new market development and work collaboratively with Sales and Business teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of business process, functional expertise in Medicaid, Commercial, and Medicare health plans
- Strong working knowledge of Adjudication, Facets, QNxt, Population Health, Sales and Marketing (Salesforce), Provider Data (Availity)
- Experience working as a Product Manager/Owner, Subject Matter Expert in the Health Insurance domain
- Experience with Health plan Digital Transformation
