Job Description
The company is seeking a Java/API Lead to solve complex architectural and business problems. The role involves full development lifecycle involvement, with a focus on Java application development. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in core Java, API development, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Solve complex architectural and business problems in a clean and scalable manner
- Apply software engineering best practices to produce high performance Java applications
- Involvement with the full development lifecycle of analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and support
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Principles
- Solid understanding of Enterprise applications
- Strong experience with REST based APIs
- Agile development experience
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to face off to business users
- Good team-work skills, and the ability to work in a distributed global team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the determination to achieve his/her goals
