Job Description
This role requires a Tech Lead to develop high-performance Java applications in a full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Core Java, multi-threading, and OOP principles. Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills are also necessary, working in a distributed team environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
- Multi-threading and Synchronization on multicore systems
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Principles
- Solid architectural understanding of enterprise applications
- Experience with REST based APIs
- Spring/Hibernate
- Oracle PL SQL Experience
- Agile development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team-work skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and determined
- Strong ability to work in a distributed team
