Oracle Fusion HCM-Functional Consultant

The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting applications within the Fusion HCM cloud. The role requires in-depth knowledge of data models, business processes, and integration with other applications. The consultant will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and resolving complex technical issues.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in Fusion Oracle HCM cloud implementation/Production support
• Knowledge in writing approval rules and configuring DFFs and EFFs
• In-depth understanding of data model and business process functionality in Fusion HCM
• Experience on Fusion HCM integrations, reporting, and Production support
• Knowledge in conversions using HCM data loader and spreadsheet loaders
• Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM extract, Spreadsheets Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and File Based Load (FBL)
• Knowledge in workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data, workflows, salary info, and workflow approvals
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Client interaction experience
