Job Description
Photon.com is seeking a Product Owner to join their team and play a pivotal role in developing Digital Products. The role involves leading all stages of the product development lifecycle, from initial ideation to post-launch enhancement, with a focus on fostering collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in Agile methodologies and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Agile practitioner, Certification
- Product management skills, product backlog grooming
- Experience in 2 or more business domains, preferably Banking and mobility
- Fintech product development first-hand experience
- UAT, BUAT and Post-production bug verification experience
- Experience working with diverse teams in different time zones
- Ability to create and maintain documentation (feature/sub-feature, EPIC)
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of core banking concepts
- Experience with project management tools
