Job Description
Photon.com is a rapidly growing Digital Agency seeking a Product Owner to join their Springfield team. The role involves defining and refining the product backlog, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The position requires experience working with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of banking concepts.
Requirements
- Agile practitioner with certification
- Proven track record of 5-7 years as a product Owner/manager
- Experience working with teams in different time zones (PST, EST, IST, GMT+13)
- UAT, BUAT, and Post-production bug verification experience
- Working with project managers and program managers
- Experience documenting technical requirements as feature/sub-feature/EPIC and walkthrough
- Ability to define and refine product backlog
- Experience with financial banking and fintech products
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Understanding of core banking and open banking concepts
- Project management tools knowledge (OmniGraffle, Flowchart Maker)
- Understanding of business processes and system knowledge
