Job Description
This QA Engineer role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's software products. Responsibilities include test plan development, execution, defect identification, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires both manual and automated testing, adherence to QA methodologies, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance (manual and automated testing).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or Ruby).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
