Job Description
As a QA Lead, you will oversee the quality assurance process and ensure products meet high standards of quality and reliability. This role involves leading a team of QA engineers, defining testing strategies, and automating testing for best practices. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QA processes, designing test plans, and monitoring test results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
