Job Description
This Senior Quality Assurance Testing role focuses on leading and managing a team of QA engineers, developing and implementing testing strategies, and ensuring high product quality. Responsibilities include test planning, manual & automated testing, defect management, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management position
- Experience in both manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and bug tracking tools
