Lead Client Experience Manager

We are seeking a digital media leader to join our Network Solutions team as a Lead Client Experience Manager. The role involves working with digital advertising agency buyers and Life Science companies to demonstrate the value of Phreesia's services and lead a team to deliver successful digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Generate new business with media buying agencies/AORs/Life Science companies
• Cultivate thoughtful relationships with clients
• Navigate with independence to negotiate and increase opportunities to hit sales goals
• Prepare/present capabilities presentations and product demonstrations
• Lead strategic initiatives internally and externally
• Develop strategic and creative account plans for managing agencies/Life Science companies
• Lead and manage a high performing team of ~4 Client Experience Managers/Associates
