Medical Director of Chemical Dependency

We are seeking a Medical Director of Chemical Dependency to oversee the medical services provided by the Chemical Dependency Program at NYC Health + Hospitals System/South Brooklyn Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and leadership experience in addiction medicine.

Requirements

• Active New York State Medical License
• Board Certification in Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Fellowship Board Certification in Addiction Medicine from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Minimum 5 (five) years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
• Experience working with an under-served patient population

• Annual Base Salary: $303,000
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets
