Job Description
The Bar Supervisor is responsible for serving and/or bartending in their own established section as well as supporting in the management of daily operations of our restaurant, including the development and performance management of employees.
Requirements
- General knowledge of computer software (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle 'volume' in managing a personal section
- Valid drivers license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing
- Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team
- Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
