Hub Lead Erding (m/w/d)

We're looking for a team leadership for our last mile location (hub) in Erding. As the Hub Lead, you will set up and coach your team to success, develop as a leader, and take responsibility for delivery management, process management, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in logistics, retail or similar fields
• First experiences in leading teams
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Valid class B driving license
• Good communication skills and confident demeanor
• Ability to make decisions based on numbers and facts
