We are looking for a team leader to lead our Last Mile site (Hub) in Mülheim-Kärlich. As a team leader, you will be responsible for assembling and coaching a team, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Requirements
- Vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar areas
- Experiences in leading teams and working with key figures
- Strong communicative skills and self-confidence
- Ability to independently solve analytical problems and lead projects
- Valid Class B driver's license to drive electric cars
- Fluent German and basic English skills
