Hub Lead (m/w/d)

We're looking for a team leader for our Last Mile Location (Hub) in Esslingen near Stuttgart. The hubs are supplied with our commissioned goods from the central warehouse (FC) and are our last stop before the purchases land on the kitchen table at the customer.

Requirements

• A study or completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar areas.
• First experiences in team leadership - either in the profession or you have already coached another successful team.
• Fluent German and basic English knowledge.
• A valid Class B driver's license.
• Good communication skills and a self-assured appearance.
• The ability to make decisions based on numbers and facts.
