Hub Lead (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Hub Lead to lead our Last Mile Hub in Magdeburg, responsible for managing a team, planning events, and ensuring smooth operations. As a Hub Lead, you will also be responsible for process management, collaborating with other teams, and contributing to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Studium or completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar fields
• First experience in leading teams
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• Valid driver's license of class B
• Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
