You will be part of the Learning & Development Team as a Trainer and create an exciting and inspiring learning journey for our growing team of over 10,000 operational employees and 500+ leaders.
Requirements
- successfully completed Bachelor's degree in the field of Psychology, Pedagogy, Personnel Management or similar
- at least 2 years of professional experience in personnel development / L&D, in which you have conducted presence trainings yourself and ideally have worked closely with the operational department
- fluent German and very good English skills
- driver's license
