L&D Specialist

Design an exciting and inspiring learning journey for over 10,000 operational employees and 500+ leaders in an international and dynamic work environment. Coordinate trainings, communicate with participants and team leaders, and lead workshops independently. Analyze feedback and optimize training programs. Identify learning needs with team leaders and HR, and suggest new learning solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, drive projects independently, and benefit from specialized Lepaya training. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, pedagogy, personnel management, or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience in personnel development / L&D
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Passion for learning and development
• Ability to travel to various locations in Germany
• Driver's license
