Job Description
The shift leader is responsible for the smooth operation of our automated fulfillment center and ensures that all KPIs are met. The role requires a completed degree in logistics management, business administration, or a comparable qualification, and at least 1 year of experience in personnel management.
Requirements
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the automated fulfillment center
- Identification and implementation of solutions to increase efficiency
- Coaching a team of over 100 shoppers
- Sustainable personnel management
- Work closely with the maintenance team
- Experience in personnel management
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Willingness to work in the shift system
