We are looking for a Shift Manager in automated Logistics to shape the future of E-commerce. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the automated logistics of tomorrow, driving process optimization and leading a team of over 100 shoppers.

Requirements

• Completed study (Bachelor/Master) in logistics management, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in personnel management, ideally in a dynamic environment such as intralogistics or production
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to work in a shift system (including Saturday work)
• Safe handling of key figures and passion for continuous process optimization
