Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Manager Logistics to lead the daily business in Sehnde and optimize logistics processes in one of our Fulfillment Centers. The role involves team leadership, shift management, and process optimization, with a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of experience in shift management or a similar leadership position
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and Saturdays
- Cool head in problem-solving and ability to motivate team members in peak times
