We are looking for a leadership role where your positive energy and team spirit make a difference. As a Logistics Team Leader, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations in our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Sehnde, leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of 20+ Shoppers.

Requirements

• Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of 20+ Shoppers
• Collaborate with other team leaders and the shift manager to proactively manage processes in the FC
• Ensure that all purchases are dispatched on time, safely, and in excellent quality from the FC
• Bring your ideas and, together with the leadership, continuously improve our logistics processes
