We are looking for a Leadership role where your positive energy and teamwork skills make a difference. As Logistics Team Leader, you will lead, motivate and inspire a team of Shoppers, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Requirements

• Team leadership: Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 20+ Shoppers.
• Teamwork: Work with other team leaders and shift managers to proactively manage processes in the FC.
• Daily operations: Ensure all purchases are shipped on time, safely and in excellent quality from the FC.
• Process optimization: Bring your ideas and improve our logistics processes together with leadership.
