Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Technical Facility Manager position responsible for guaranteeing maximum uptime, operational safety, and efficiency of a modern, partially automated fulfillment center. Requires a deep technical knowledge and fast reaction time to prevent failures of building systems.

Requirements

• Completed study in Facility Management, Building Technology, Economics Engineering, or comparable technical course of study
• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance
• Proficient in German and very good English skills
• Advanced knowledge in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and understanding of automation technology
