Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Are you looking for a technically challenging position where you can ensure maximum uptime, operational safety, and efficiency of a modern, partially automated Fulfillment Center (FC)? As a Technical Facility Manager, you are the central technical key person and head for the maintenance, maintenance and optimization of the entire building infrastructure (TGA) in our FC in Falkensee.

Requirements

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Building Technology, Economic Engineering or a comparable technical course of study.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance, preferably in the management of (high-) automated logistics centers or industrial plants.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Driving license Class B.
• Well-developed knowledge in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) and understanding of the critical requirements of automation technology.
• The ability to capture and analyze complex technical problems under time pressure and implement effective solutions.
