Job Description
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, safety, and management of union trades people, equipment, and subcontractors on heavy civil construction projects.
Requirements
- 10 years' experience working as a Superintendent on heavy civil, utility, or highway and bridge projects valued at $100m - $1B
- Four-year Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of heavy civil construction means and methods
- Effective management techniques
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Bridge, Accelerated Bridge, DOT, Railroad, Utility, or Water Facility experience
