Job Description
Piermont Bank is seeking an Embedded Banking Sales and Business Development Manager to grow fintech/bank partnerships, focusing on acquiring, developing, and managing enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of banking services with a strong understanding of API-driven banking, embedded finance, and platform monetization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, relationship management, or strategic partnerships within financial services, fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Strong understanding of embedded banking, BaaS, API-driven financial products, and digital banking infrastructure
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
