As a Business Growth Manager at payabl., you will be responsible for driving the company's expansion across global markets by building strong pipelines, onboarding new clients, and growing long-term partnerships in the payments space. You will take ownership of new market opportunities, develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, and convert prospects into active clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of business development or sales experience within Fintech, EMI, Payments, or Business Banking environments.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and managing revenue-generating client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of business banking and payments, including local and international payment rails (FPS, BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, SEPA Instant).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers, including C-suite and Finance Directors.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and pipeline management best practices.
