We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion in the European Market. This role involves developing and executing client acquisition strategies, building and maintaining a portfolio of merchants and introducers, and driving the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of business development or sales experience within Fintech, EMI, Payments, or Business Banking environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of business development or sales experience within Fintech, EMI, Payments, or Business Banking environments.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and managing revenue-generating client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of business banking and payments, including local and international payment rails.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and pipeline management best practices.
